Testimonials
“I had the pleasure of working with David for approximately four years when he was the COO of an architectural firm that was a client of mine. He was my contact person for all firm matters, including contracts construction claims, insurance issues and accounts receivable. He always provided the highest caliber of work and due diligence. David is very detail oriented and his mediation, deposition and pre-trial documentation skills allowed us to create legally relied-upon fact patterns and opinions that were sustainable both in and out of court. His knowledge and skill in evaluating issues were key to the resolution of firm disputes and invaluable to the firm.”
“David as leader of the Hillier Group made ‘design’ the centerpiece of the daily conversation of the K-12 Studio which he personally founded and led before becoming the firm’s CEO. With an energetic style unique to David, he brought to the firm a proven track record in achieving professional growth and firm success through his vast knowledge in the area of design, management and business development—leadership that can only be achieved through the highest standards of ethics, collaboration, and exploration of design.”
“Broward County School District selected Song + Associates to design a prototype elementary school, and Song hired my firm as structural engineers for the Discovery Elementary School which was used as a prototype to design Heron Heights Elementary. Those successes encouraged the Palm Beach School District to retain the Song team, led by David Chase, for the design of two more prototype schools. I worked with David on contract and practice management matters for these projects and overcame many barriers regarding fast-track documentation and value engineering to achieve the client’s goals. David was clear in his objectives and was a consummate professional in all our dealings together.”
